Green Smoothies is developed to help you make it work with what you have at home.You can go through ingredients to pick the ones you have available for your smoothies. Recipes are available in various categories (for pets, kids, …). The pictures and instructions included help you avoid making mistakes when preparing your smoothies.

The app includes nutrition data for each listing. If you are looking for ways to add more healthy meals to your diet, Green Smoothies can more than help. It is user friendly and has a good number of awesome recipes. What’s not to like?

MusicWatch is quite a handy tool to keep up with the latest work from your favorite bands. After its initial scan, the app downloads the full catalogs for the artists whose music is in your library. Finding out about new music titles released by the artists you love does not take more than a couple of taps. Users have the option to add more artists and remove the ones they do not want to track.

MusicWatch comes integrated with iCloud. That means your artist lists will be synchronized between your devices. Besides, your lists are saved to the cloud, so you won’t have to worry about losing them.  MusicWatch works quite well on the iPad too. A nice tool to have for music lovers.

AirCassette comes with a number of designs you can choose from for your cassette. The tape has a realistic look to it. The forward and rewind animations are fun too. Users do have the option to add multiple songs to their queue to listen without any interruptions. Sharing song queues with others is supported too.

AirCassette for iPhone is not the most sophisticated music player for iOS. But it does look quite unique and may bring some old memories back. It has a lot of potential.

Barcodes are everywhere you look. Most products you can buy have these marks on them. Barcodas allows you to scan any European Article Number or UPC and turn it into a musical pattern. This actually makes shopping at stores a whole lot of fun as you never know what you can get from this application.

As you try different barcodes and play with its harmonic scale, you will discover new tunes. You can share your tunes on Facebook too. I would love to see more export functions in this application. Supporting other social networks would be nice too. This application is not compatible with iPod Touch at this point. Let’s hope that changes soon.

Audiogalaxy Mobile allows you to take your music wherever you go. It makes the process a piece of cake. The setup process does not take more than a couple of minutes. The quality of music streamed is superb. Audiogalaxy Mobile supports most major music file formats (such as mp3, AAC, FLAC,.. ). You do want to make sure your files are DRM free.

Audiogalaxy Mobile has a user friendly interface. It lets users listen to their music from a distance. Audiogalaxy Genie is a wonderful feature that makes creating playlists you will love easy. Streaming can be done over WiFi, 3G, and Edge.

Audiogalaxy Mobile is one of the best music apps we have tested. It offers a ton of features for free. If you plan to stream your music files on your computer to your iOS device, you can’t go wrong with AudioGalaxy.

Song Speed has a very simple interface but does what it promises well. Just select a song that you want to play with and the rest is a piece of cake. Use the slider to change the speed of your songs (faster or slower). The app is compatible with iPad and is free too (at the time of this writing).

Song Speed is not a fancy tool by any means. I would love to have more flexibility and options when changing the speed of my songs. Being able to define multiple speeds for certain time periods would be nice too. Not a bad free tool to have on your iPhone though.

Relaxophilia contains soothing ambient music that can relax your mind and help you get your mind at ease. The app has 20 long ambient tracks and multiple entrainment programs to help you get there. You have the option to change the frequency of the music to get the effect you are looking for.

I was quite impressed with the quality of sounds used in this app. Relaxophilia has a flexible interface and does not require you to be too technical to get value out of it. I do encourage you to use a decent set of headphones to get the full effect out of the music in this app (unless you prefer the Isochronic mode).

Relaxophilia is another effective brain training application from Tesla Audio Sciences. The music quality is second to none. The app supports multi-tasking too. A wonderful tool to get your mind and body relaxed with.

SoundTracking is a free application that allows you to share those special songs from your special moments. This app can identify the music you are hearing and saves you a lot of time doing so. Once you have identified your music, you can just add your photo, geo-tag your song, and send your information to Facebook and Twitter.

Foursquare junkies are going to love using this app as well. This is a social app, so you do a bit of sharing and get a bit of receiving too. SoundTracking does keep you on top of the songs and locations that are trending.

SoundTracking is a pretty handy tool to share/discover music on the go. It did crash on us a couple of times when we tried the “trending music” feature. But SoundTracking has a lot of potential.

Pocket Salsa has over 100 dance lessons for users to take advantage of. It includes video lessons and Salsa rhythms to teach you dance moves in a more effective fashion. When you are ready to tackle a new lesson, you can just download its video to your device.

When it comes to learning Salsa, practice makes perfect. Pocket Salsa’s tunes help you get a lot of practice. Salsa TV has plenty of dance videos for Salsa lovers.

If you are serious about learning Salsa but don’t have the time to attend dancing classes in person, Pocket Salsa is your next best option.

MusicID with Lyrics is an award winning music identification application that can identify audible music fast. It takes advantage of your phone’s microphone to find what you have just listened to. It also displays song lyrics, biographies, and even related videos.

Most people use multiple apps to accomplish what MusicID offers. It has quite a sleek interface. MusicID has a huge music database, meaning that you will be able to identify the majority of songs you hear on radio, in movies, or during public events.
