It takes care of the date and time of workouts automatically. Automatic 1RM calculations are provided too. Once you enter enough data points into this, you can use the graphs in it to find out whether you are on the right track.

MeAgainstMe’s interface is not the most impressive one we have tested. But it does make adding new entries and keeping track of your repetitions easy. I like the fact that the app is Facebook and Twitter friendly. The photo log feature is a plus. Overall, this is a pretty decent app to have around in your gym.

The SpellTower app has a beautiful look. Your goal is to find words and get them out of your way. Letters keep rising from the bottom of your screen, so you should use some strategy to keep them down. The game is over when letters reach the top of the screen.

SpellTower has 4 awesome modes. The puzzle mode brings you new row of letters as you make new words. The extreme mode adds a minimum word length to the equation. SpellTower has a rush mode which will test your speed. The game provides support for Game Center.

SpellTower is one of the most fun word games we have tested. It goes beyond what simple word games offer and adds a strategic element to the game. This is quite addictive too. It’s definitely a keeper.

The Sharkproject app covers more than 70 different types of sharks. It contains useful information such as names, attributes, and locations around the globe. The pictures included in this app are quite breathtaking. Users are also provided with the latest news on everything sharks. What’s nice about this app is the fact that you get a lot of free content but you also have a chance to buy premium content.

Users can take advantage of this app to report the sharks they have seen. They can also report shark products. The user interface in this app is quite elegant. Searching through all these types of sharks couldn’t be any easier. The app contains more than enough content for those studying sharks. The premium content will set you back $10 though.

Those of you who have played with lolo iPhone apps in the past are going to find the experience of this app familiar. Easy Legs’ workouts are designed to strengthen and tone your legs. They are available for beginners to advanced users. Over 65 exercises are included in this app. You get video and audio description with each.

What’s nice about Easy Legs is the fact that it works regardless of how many fitness equipment you have access to at home. The beat sync technology, which matches your music to your movements, could be a difference maker. The app is Facebook friendly too.

If you are looking for a training program to tone and strengthen your legs with, Easy Legs is a nice app to pick up. It won’t do your workouts for you but has everything you need to get started.

SizeMyBike may not replace a bike fitting session but it is a useful tool to get started with. It will need height, shoulder, arms, feet, and other body measurements to provide you with the most accurate information. It covers road and mountain bikes. Once you provide this app with your information, it will provide you with two sets of specifications (for comfort or performance).

SizeMyBike lets you save your data and export it all using iTunes. Bike measurements can be shared via e-mail (in PDF format). This app may not work for the pros but could provide the rest of us with useful fitting information. It is a money saver too.

iDataMon Pro has quite an elegant interface. It keeps track of your data usage and shows how much you have spent in a given day. It also shows you how long you can go without going over your plan’s limits. The app provides you with real time alerts so there are no excuses. iDataMon Pro keeps detailed logs so you can understand your usage patterns better.

iDataMon Pro is compatible with all carriers. It looks beautiful and is developed in a user-friendly fashion. A necessary app to have if you find yourself going over your data limit on a regular basis.

Infinite Relaxation is a quite flexible audio program. You can control its length and choose your own background music. The app mixes things up so you won’t listen to the same program every time you open it. Your sessions can go from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. This program relaxes you and even gets you in the mood for a nap.

I like the fact that the app lets users control the volume for music and voice separately. You do have the option to change how the program concludes. This is useful if you want to get a deeper sleep or wake up after your program is done. Infinite Relaxation ∞ does not have too many bells and whistles and is ready to go right out of the box.

Infinite Relaxation ∞ is very simple to use but can relax and recharge your mind. Well worth trying if you feel overwhelmed with your daily challenges.

Race illegal: High Speed 3D has amazing graphics. It offers multiple modes of play. You can always try a quick race tough the career mode is more entertaining. You get a bunch of killer cars to get started in your journey in this application. The visuals as you cause mayhem in this game are quite impressive.

Players can customize their characters in Race illegal. The special effects make the game more fun. Race illegal is not without its flaws. The physics engine can be a bit improved. We would love to have more options when it comes to controlling how the car behaves on the road. The controls need a bit of work.

Race illegal: High Speed 3D may not be the best racing game on the market. But it could entertain you for a while. Worth checking out if you are tired of your old racing games on your phone.

Hiarcs Chess does not need any introduction. It is a legendary chess engine that has won world championships multiple times. With Hiarcs for iPhone, you get a killer chess engine that is more than capable of bringing you back down to earth and teaching you a thing or two about what it takes to win in chess.

Hiarcs has something for everyone. It is strong enough to give masters a challenge in this game. At the same time, its strength can be adjusted to make it more playable for beginners. The coaching features are useful too. Multiple playing modes are offered. Users can change the strength of the engine, the look/feel of their board, and clock settings. Hiarcs’ very intuitive user interface is a huge plus to us.

Hiarcs works well with PGN files. You can import and export games to/from it easily. The latest version handles large PGN files a whole lot faster (something other chess programs often struggle with). 8 piece and 9 color sets are included too. Would you like to set up your own positions? No problem. Permanent brain is offered for those of you who want to get the most out of your experience with this app. Players can customize Hiarcs’ behavior from the “Engine Room.” I like the fact that you can analyze games and play against another player in this application.

Hiarcs is one of the strongest chess engines we have tested. It has something for everyone, which is nice to see. We were able to test it against a few other chess engines. Though the process was not perfect, Hiarcs more than held its own (we had to use two iPhones to pit Hiarcs against other top engines). We would love to be able to play blindfold or Fischer random chess on it. Having the ability to rotate the screen would be nice too. Still, this is one powerful chess engine to improve your playing skills with.

Motion Pictures lets you record new movies or use existing ones for your project. In order to create a timelapse movie, you should define the number of frames you want to record and delay time between each frame. Motion Pictures automatically tells you how long your recording will take.

Motion Pictures does let you speed up your existing movies. Just choose an existing movie on your device and set its speed to what your heart desires. We found the whole process to be super easy. Once you are done with your video, you can share it with friends or on your favorite social network.

Motion Pictures is well designed and did not crash on us once. It could be better when it comes to battery life management though.
