Bio Carnage: Birth is a simple iPhone game that is based on the beginning of life in the womb. You are essentially in control of a sperm trying to make your way to the egg, picking up enzymes in the process, and avoid the pills. The concept is certainly not what you see in other iPhone games, but the game is still very interesting.
Bio Carnage is certainly not your everyday game. The concept is easy to grasp however, and you won’t have trouble getting started with the game. I found the controls to be a bit tough. Don’t get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with tilting your phone to get yourself to where you want to get to. At the same time, catching those enzymes was more difficult that I expected.
All in all, the game is certainly interesting and can keep you entertained for a while. I would love to see more “complex” missions and a better control settings, but the game does get an A+ for its innovative concept.
