Playing sports on iPhone is one of the best ways to spend your time in your downtime. Sports games don’t get old no matter how long you play them. And they are easier to pick up and get a handle on. Touchsports Tennis 09 is one of those games. It’s a killer 3D tennis game for iPhone that lets you serve, volley, and smash your way through your computer opponents.
With TT 09, you get 3 courts to choose from (UK, US, and France). You can also choose from the variety of male and female characters available with this game. I found the controls to be easy and intuitive. The graphics are the most impressing part of this game. Some of the best I have seen on iPhone, at least for a sport game.
All in all, Touchsports Tennis 2009 is a great way to satisfy your tennis cravings on your iPhone. I would love to see more challenging computer opponents and having the ability to play over Wifi against others would be a great plus. But as it is, Touchsports Tennis is still a must try game especially if you are a tennis fan.
