It combines music with guided meditation to put you on the right track. It has sound effects to help you visualize beautiful images in your mind.

The app comes with Tropical Island, Private Yacht, Japanese Garden, and a few other sessions for you to get started. More sessions are expected to be added in the future. The graphics are easy on the eye, which helps. You can try the app for free. iOS 7 or later is required.
