There are plenty of clock application available in iTunes. Many of them give you the same boring features and do not offer anything unique. MusiZ is not one of those apps. It’s an innovative 3D clock for iPhone that visualizes the sounds around you and makes checking time a whole lot more interesting.
The app is pretty straight forward to use. Just start it and wait for it to pick up the sounds and noise all around you (thanks to your device’s microphone). The developers behind this app have taken advantage of OpenGL technology to offer cool visuals in this app.
You can change the visualization by tapping at the top of your screen. You can tap at the bottom to change color. There are 16 colors to choose from, so you have some options there (in addition to 2 clock modes). Here is a video demonstration of how MusiZ works (courtesy of the developers behind it):
Pretty solid app that has definitely got the “cool” factor.
