If you are new to Yoga, you want to take your time to get your poses right. Yoga In Bed does provide you with enough illustrations and tips to get you started. It has something for everyone. You’ll eventually have to get off the bed to do some advanced poses though.

Whether you want to take personal notes or record your memories, you can get it done easily with My Diary. The interface is intuitive and the app is very easy to get a handle on. I also like the fact that the app makes it easy to organize my notes. Paging by months makes it easier to manage your notes and record your notes more effectively.

As you can see in the above screen-shot, you can lock down your diary to make sure it doesn’t find its way to others’ hands. You can also mail out from the app, which is pretty much a standard feature in iPhone apps these days. All in all, My Diary is a simple to use application that makes recording your diary a breeze on the go. It’s very straight forward and gets the job done.

SnapTell Explorer bring a whole new meaning to snapping a picture. This cool little iPhone app allows you to grab snapshots of CDs, DVDs, or even books, and the app will automatically go through different rating engines to find out more about the product. You can get ratings, reviews, and all kinds of stuff after you take the picture.

The image recognition software is proprietary to SnapTell. These folks have gathered a ton of images of different products that you can match your snapshots against. While only U.S. items are so far supported, there is still a lot of products to choose from.

What I was impressed about was the ability of the application to recognize even the poorest images. I am not exactly great with the cam, but SnapTell could recognize my images 8 out of 10 times. The application does work better with Wi-Fi, but it’s as useful on the Edge network. Overall, for a free application, SnapTell is very impressive and useful.

Surf Report is a free application that allows you to monitor beaches around the nation and figure out which ones are good to go for a surfing rendezvous. Basically, you can search through thousands of beaches that are available with Surf report and bookmark your favorite. You can also figure out what are the best conditions for your favorite beach. Best of all, you can figure out which beach is closest to your current location.

Surf report is more than a simple iPhone app. There is actually a community behind it. You can check the latest images by the community and even learn from the pros. You can even watch surfing videos. And did I say the application is going for free? If you are into surfing and have an iPhone, Surfing report is a must have.
