Race illegal: High Speed 3D has amazing graphics. It offers multiple modes of play. You can always try a quick race tough the career mode is more entertaining. You get a bunch of killer cars to get started in your journey in this application. The visuals as you cause mayhem in this game are quite impressive.

Players can customize their characters in Race illegal. The special effects make the game more fun. Race illegal is not without its flaws. The physics engine can be a bit improved. We would love to have more options when it comes to controlling how the car behaves on the road. The controls need a bit of work.

Race illegal: High Speed 3D may not be the best racing game on the market. But it could entertain you for a while. Worth checking out if you are tired of your old racing games on your phone.

Uber Racer 3D is one of the most entertaining racing games we have played so far. It offers plenty of unique environments (10 at the time of this writing). The graphics are out of this world. The physics engine is pretty awesome too. Players have 15 cars to choose from (with 4 race modes). Uber Racer offers multiple camera angles, which is nice.

Uber Racer 3D offers hours of game play. If you choose the career mode, you will have to spend a good while to finish it. The controls in this game are impressive too. Want to play it with your friends? Uber Racer supports Game Center. The sounds are decent too (though I am not a big fan of playing games with sounds on).

Uber Racer 3D is easy to pickup and hard to put down. It has amazing graphics, a powerful physics engine, and offers players hours of game play. What’s not to like?

For starters, Real Racing 2 has some great graphics. It has 30 unique cars for players to choose from. These cars are not identical, making the game much more interesting. Multiple game modes are available in this game. Players can tackle time trials, head to head races, and championships.

The better you perform, the more money you will have to improve your car. I found the controls to be quite decent. You can keep things automatic or go with manual acceleration to improve your performance. Players get to play online (or over WiFi) against other racers.

Real Racing 2 offers players hours of game play and does not get old fast. It has killer graphics which helps. A must have for racing fans.

Everybody knows how these moto games work. Your goal is to go through tracks and do all kinds of jumps while keeping your balance. There is an online scoreboard, so your times in this game actually matter. The physics of this game are pretty impressive and set it apart from

The game’s control are very workable. The game does have plenty of challenging terrains, and it may take you a bit to get a handle on how to keep your bike balanced at all times. It does have some easy parts (has something for everyone).

If you are interested in physics games and want to get your feet wet with motorbike games, Moto X Mayhem is worth a look.

Orion Racer comes with 10 different tracks in 3 different locations. These tracks  are not ordinary by any means. You are going to have to be focused if you do not want to go off-track easily. The vehicles themselves are spectacular as well, making this game even more fun for racing junkies.

Just like any other racing game, you can choose among multiple game-play modes. Single Race is for those who want to have a quick race and don’t want to spend the whole day with this app. Time Trial and Tournament modes are exciting as well. But my favorite is the 2 player mode as you get to compete with your friends over bragging rights.

The graphics of this game are more than adequate. The controls are easy to play with as well. I also love the fact that you can unlock more things as you play this game. When it comes to satisfying the lust for speed, Orion Racer is second to none.

Chalkboard Stunts Pro does come with built-in tracks that you can get started with fast. Your goal is the get the best possible times on those tracks. You can of course download many new tracks and create your own. There are plenty of loops, ramps, blocks, and other elements that you can use to create your killer tracks.

25 build in tracks are included with this app, so you don’t have to create your own tracks right from the start. The realistic physics of this app and the dynamic object interaction features make this app addictive.

The game’s controls are pretty easy to handle and the interface is very easy to use. The game editor is fun to play with as well. Of course, the stunts are the best part about it. So if you are into pulling off stunts while racing through your very own track, Chalkboard Stunts Pro is worth a look.

You get 16 ATV tracks to choose from for your races .You can choose from 2 freestyle levels. Career mode is also available. The game is designed to be played with others. It supports up to 5 opponents in the multi-player mode. You get to race against 8 opponents just in case you are not into multi-player mode. You can also adjust the difficulty level as you go along.

I found the controls to be pretty easy to get a handle on. They could be more responsive, so we are hoping that the developers will improve the app in that department. The ATV/rider combinations are more than adequate. You also can choose the type of ATV that you want to race with. The level of graphics is up to par with what we have seen on 2XL Supercross.

Overall, 2XL ATV Offroad is a fun game to play on your iPhone if you are into racing games and want to do tricks with your virtual ATV. Aside from minor glitches, the app plays smoothly and is hard to put down.

Need for Speed doesn’t need any introduction. It’s one of the most exciting games ever, and now you can play it on your iPhone. Need for Speed Undercover enables you to drive 20 cool racing cars right on your phone, just as you would on your Xbox or PS3. It has a lot of challenging modes but does provide hours of fun for all racing fans. If you have been a fan of Need for Speed franchise, you are going to feel right at home with this game.

The game’s 3D graphics are just stunning. You get 8 race modes that let you have a whole lot of fun racing on your phone. You also get 24 covert missions which are addictive as well.  I am not a Need for Speed junkie, but if you are, you can customize your ride and add new gears to it. You get performance upgrades as you push through the levels.

The controls are easy to get a handle of as well. As long as you know what you are doing, you are not going to have too much trouble maneuvering your car, especially if you are taking on the cops. All in all, Need for Speed Undercover is one heck of a game that does the Need for Speed franchise justice. The graphics are stunning, and the game’s a lot of fun.

Looking for a killer Supercross game for your iPhone? That’s exactly what you get with 2XL Supercross. I have played a lot of racing games on my iPhone, but I have so far liked the car racing games better than Motocross ones until now. Supercross is a challenging bike racing game that lets you keep challenging yourself as you go on with the game.

The graphics of 2XL Supercross are simply amazing. You get 3D physics, surround sounds, and realistic game play. You can also compare your results with others by signing up on the 2XL Live server.

2XL Supercross is great if you want to kill a few hours. You get 3 modes of play (Time Trials, Practice, and Racing), and you get to choose among various bikes an. You can also reduce or increase the number of people you race against. And it does help when you’ve got cool tracks to choose from.

Verdict: A. There are not many applications that are perfect all around. 2XL Supercross comes closest to perfection. The graphics are simply out of this world, and the game is so entertaining, you’d find it difficult to put it down. And while a $7.99 application is not that cheap, 2XL Supercross is definintely worth the money.

Days of Thunder is a cool new racing game for the iPhone platform that is somewhat similar to the popular Sony PlayStation hit, burnout. Don’t you just love racing games that allow you to put people through the wall as well? Days of Thunder is full of stunning scenes but it’s very easy to play. Your goal is to win the race and put enemies out or they will you. You can use the iPhone’s accelerometer to speed your way through the circuits and win the Days of Thunder cup in Daytona (see image below).

Here is what you get with Days of Thunder:

• High Octane Racing – Draft off of the cars in front of you and “Drop the Hammer” to get a burst of speed and invincibility.
• Rivals – Advanced AI racers who will stop at nothing to take you out of the race.

I found the controls to be very easy to use. You can’t really be conservative in this game. You’ve got to push through the field and wreck as many cars as you can. The graphics are stunning, and the game is very budget friendly. Overall, Days of Thunder is one of the best racing games on the iPhone platform.
