Zip Real Estate is a free iPhone application that intends to make life easy for real estate professionals. It provides you with updated MLS-listed homes for sale in various markets and helps you find real estate deals right on your phone.

Zip Real Estate comes with up to date information on hundreds of thousands of homes that are up for sale in the U.S. The interface is pretty intuitive and GPS-enabled. So you can get directions to places you want to visit right on your phone. I was also impressed with all the images available on this app. So you can take a look at images of the home you want to check out to get a better feeling about it.

Zip Real Estate allows you to search through the listings available by zip code, price, location, and more. You can also access home value estimates from Zillow and other e-appraisal services.You can also search through recently-sold houses to get a better idea about current market conditions in an area.

Zip Real Estate provides real estate professionals and brokers with a whole lot of tools to take advantage of on the road. And it’s free too. The app did crash on me once, but I have not been able to replicate the issue. It’s certainly worth a try.
