The Last Rocket

Those of you who have been playing games on your computer or using dedicated gaming consoles for more than just a couple of years know too well how far this industry has come. 3D games were not available 15/20 years ago. But old school games were fun to play. A lot of people still love playing those types of games theses days. The Last Rocket a retro style iPhone game that is not only simple to play but quite addictive too.

Your goal in this game is pretty simple. You should use your fingers to guide your rocket through 64 challenging rooms full of hazards and traps. The game has 8 bit graphics but still looks pretty decent. As you work your way through rooms, the game becomes much more challenging.

The Last Rocket is available for iPhone and iPad. It has spikes, fans, mines, and other challenging obstacles for you to deal with so it does not get too fast. We found the controls to be easy to handle too (tap to move forward and swipe to change direction).

The Last Rocket may not have 3D graphics but it has every element that a highly entertaining game should have. It is well worth a try if you are into retro-style games.
