Apple is getting serious about health with its HealthKit and upcoming Apple Watch. But there have been many useful health tracking apps available for iOS devices in the past few years. They enable you to log your workouts, track what you eat, and keep an eye on important fitness metrics. FitPort happens to be an elegant app that helps you better make sense of your fitness data from the Health app.


FitPort shows your fitness data from the Health app and lets you compare your stats. You can set goals and monitor your progress. The app shows your steps, walking distance, cycling stats, calories, body fat percentage, stairs climbed, and more. The user interface is very clean and puts emphasis on your data. Users do get the option to change units easily.


FitPort simply helps you make better sense of your health data. The app looks pretty decent and did not crash on us, which is always a plus. You need iOS 8+ to use it though.
