Plenty of us exercise on a daily basis. Not everyone does it scientifically though. HRV4Training for iPhone is a handy app that helps you optimize your workouts and avoid overtraining. It measures your heart rate variability and gives you feedback on your condition. You don’t need a separate heart rate monitor for accurate tracking.
You will be able to tag your sleep, muscle fatigue, stress, and other parameters to approach fitness more scientifically. The app works with your phone’s camera but you can also use it with Bluetooth heart rate monitors. HRV4Training works with the Health app. It lets you export data via e-mail.
