It turns your smartphone into a mirror, allowing you to try different makeup combinations to get the right look for any day.

This augmented reality app is designed to help you try new looks and products in real time. Makeup genius captures 64 facial data points and 100 different facial expressions. It can discern between the skin of the lips, eyes, and other facial features. That means when you move your head, your augmented reality mirror moves with you. The app works in various lighting conditions and takes into account all ethnicities.

Makeup Genius is available for free at this time. It is a fun application that makes shopping for makeup products a lot more convenient. The app did lock up on us a couple of times, but the idea has lots of potential.
