Manual happens to be a custom exposure app that offers you that. It lets you control shutter, white balance, focus, and other settings. It is designed for folks who are used to manually changing their camera settings to produce better photos.

Manual features a live histogram and lets you see exposure values conveniently. It gives you control over shutter, ISO, exposure compensation, focus, and white balance. The photos you take with it are automatically saved to your Camera Roll. The app has dark and light themes. It also features an EXIF viewer, flashlight mode, and grid overlays.

Manual does have a lot of potential. The user interface and controls can be improved a bit. Nevertheless, this is a pretty decent app for capturing photos with manual settings with your phone.
