You can measure your heart rate by tapping on your screen. Once there, you are provided with a guide to help you manage your respiration. Just inhale and exhale until you relax.
One Minute Relaxation does provide you with a relaxation number, giving you the chance to always look to improve upon your past results. You can set the app up to remind you when it is time to quickly relax everyday. Syncing with iPad and other iOS devices you own is supported too.
One Minute Relaxation is not a brainwave or sophisticated meditation application. At the same time, it provides you with easy to follow steps to get your body more relaxed fast.
