It lets you find your course, keep track of your scores, and calculate the yardage of your shots.

GolfLink covers U.S. and Canadian golf courses. It provides you with course rating, member information (such as reviews) to help you choose the right course for you. GolfLink covers 21,000 golf courses and has 11k+ aerial views of some of those courses.

GolfLink GPS can keep track of your scores and three other players. The app can calculate your distance even if your GPS feature does not work. All you have to do is drag your ball on your course overlay on your iPhone.

GolfLink GPS is a decent application for anyone looking to play golf in their area while looking to improve their game. There are no recurring fees for using this app. Adding more aerial pictures would definitely help here. The app does eat battery, so you want to make sure you have enough juice before getting on your course. Still, this is better than paying $300+ for a golf GPS that you won’t be using that often.
