DrivrLog lets you log your car’s maintenance history, so you will know when to take it to your mechanic again. You can also register emergency phone numbers. The app also lets you save information about your car, including model name, Vehicle Identification Number, and other relevant information. You can export logs to CSV file format.

DrivrLog can manage multiple cars and prepares annual reports. It is Dropbox friendly. The app was free at the time of this writing.
