Frametastic

Apple iPhone may not have the best cameras on it (they are going to get better in next generation iPhone). But many folks are using their phones to capture decent pictures all the time. Of course, you can’t always capture the best pictures in one shot. Using filters and effects lets you fix some of the short-comings in your photos. Apps such as Frametastic can be used to make your photos even better looking. Frametastic frames your photos and applies all kinds of cool effects to them.

Frametastic has multiple themes and frame layouts for users to choose from. The effects available in this app improve the quality of your work easily. Once you have chosen the appropriate frame layout for your photo, you should interact with your file to get the right composition. Effects such as B&W, Darken, Brighten, Cold, and Warm improve the look of your photos.

Frametastic can be used to create quality framed photos right on your phone. You won’t have to deal with Photoshop or complex tools like that to get started. Your photos can be shared via Facebook or Twitter (or you can just e-mail them). We would love to see more effects and backgrounds added to this app though. Is it better than Diptic? Not entirely but it does have some good looking effects.
