GIF Shop is fairly easy to get started with. Users can capture frames on their phone with a simple tap. Your animated GIF can have as many frames as you want. Its speed and loop settings can be modified too. Taking out useless frames is pretty easy. Once you are done with your work, you can export it in 2 sizes. Hosting your files online would not be a bad idea (a free GIF Shop account is required).

GIF Shop is social media friendly. You have the option to share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr. Sharing via e-mail is supported as well. We would love to see more sophisticated effects added to this tool. Still, it is powerful enough to handle most of your animated GIF projects.
