Many folks prefer using sophisticated desktop applications to edit their photos. Photoshop is the most popular product in that category. But it does have too much power for casual photographers. Instant Photo Editor is a handy tool that you can use to make small changes to your photos and apply effects to them.

Instant Photo Editor has 12 different effects on your photo (including Text, Soft Focus, B&W, and many more). Brightness, contrast, saturation, and other photo settings can be modified easily as well. Users can add text, draw stickers, and remove blemishes from photos. The app is Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr friendly too.

Instant Photo Editor may not be the most sophisticated photo editor around.  But it has enough tools to change your photos with on the go. We would love to see more filters and tools added to the app though.
