iPhone’s camera has been getting better in each iteration. Those of you who have picked up the new iPhone know too well about the quality of its camera. What makes iPhone special for photographers is not just its camera but all the editing apps available for it. Take ToonCamera for instance. It is an exciting photography app that turns the world around you into a cartoon.

ToonCamera lets you apply cool real-time effects to your camera. You can record video and snap photos in cartoon mode. ToonCamera applies cartoon and art effects to your old photos and videos as well. Multiple effects are provided which is very nice. You get to customize your effects before sharing them on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

ToonCamera works on most iPhones, the new iPod Touch, and iPad 2. In order to produce the best work, you probably want to use this on an iPhone 4S. Still, this is one heck of an app to make your photos look more special. We would love to see more cool effects added to this app though.
