You won’t have to join a website to do this. Weight Snap charts your data so you know whether you are on the right track.
Weight Snap looks pretty decent and could work as long as you are honest with your entries. It is not a calorie counting app and should not be used as one. As a food diary app, Weight Snap is pretty decent though.
