Wikiweb for iPhone

By  |

Wikipedia is one of my favorite websites. It has a ton of articles available so you never run out of interesting content to read. More importantly, you can use the site to start your research and expand it. We have tested plenty of Wikipedia explorers in the past. Wikiweb is one of the most innovative iPhone apps in this category. It saves you time discovering interesting articles and making connections among them.

Wikiweb not only helps you discover interesting articles, it also makes connections among them. You can create webs of articles and share them through email or Twitter. The links you share with others are viewable on the web too. The user interface is quite elegant and clean. You won’t have trouble navigating through the content of Wikipedia when you have this installed.

The user interface is gesture-based. You can expand nodes to bring up their details and get those out of the way by holding and swiping. Users can also zoom in and out to explore the connections between articles in a deeper fashion. Wikiweb is quite fast so going through article links is very painless.

Wikiweb lets you view and share article links conveniently. It supports many international languages. It works great on the iPhone and is even better on your iPad. If you love Wikipedia or spend a lot of time on it, you shouldn’t miss Wikiweb.
