Even if you have the most inflexible body in the world, these practices can do wonders for you. Learning yoga does not have to be a challenge. While you can always attend yoga classes to learn more, apps such as Yoga with Janet Stone have everything you need to get started at your own pace.

Yoga with Janet Stone should look familiar to those of you who have tried Lolo apps in the past. It has hours of video and audio instructions to get you going (we had to remove the audio from the above video due to copyright issues). Yoga music is also included to make your practices more relaxing. We loved the pace of the moves. The instructor demonstrates poses beautifully. Users have the option to skip over moves if they prefer. This tool has practices for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.

Yoga with Janet Stone does not only focus on yoga. It also covers the basics of meditation. What’s nice about this guide is the fact that you get to set up your own practice (using the Practice Builder). Users also learn how to use yoga for strength and flexibility. They are in control of the music played in this app as well.

Yoga with Janet Stone is a very high quality yoga & meditation app for iPhone. It works pretty well on iPad too (what we used for our video demonstration). Whether you are interested in learning yoga or practicing it daily with the help your phone, you should give this title a look.
