Outread lets you adjust the reading and marker size. It syncs with Instapaper, Pocket, and Readability, so you can read your favorite content faster. You do have the option to add from Safari or a URL. Articles are saved locally, so even when you are not online, you can still read. Each article is auto-archived when you are done with it. Users can filter and sort articles by date, length, and title. The app also gives you access to classical books, but you can add your own DRM-free ePub, Word, and .txt documents. Outread does have a RSVP mode.

Outread has two themes (day & night) and 5 fonts. It has a clean design and user-friendly interface.
