Here is a handy app that lets you measure your pupil distance quickly on your phone. The PD Meter for iPhone is pretty simple to use. Simply take a selfie while holding a card backwards, align the green lines on the edges of the magnetic strip, place red crosshairs  over the center of each pupil, and the app does the rest.
