Pocket First Aid & CPR

By  |

There is more to iPhone than playing games or chatting with friends online. There are plenty of apps that can get you out of sticky situations and even save your life. Pocket First Aid & CPR is one of those apps. It’s tough to say when you are going to need to perform CPR by yourself, but it could happen and having a way to figure out how to do it can certainly be helpful. You may have heard the story of Dan Woolley who survived the Haiti earthquake by using this app. While that may be an extreme case, it’s always nice to have a way to figure out how to handle things outdoors.

This app comes with the latest life-saving tips and information to help you save a life on the road. You can not only use the app to figure out how to perform procedures when put on the spot, you can also review the procedures at your comfort to be more ready when you encounter a sticky situation. The app also helps you keep track of your first aid items, so you can be sure that you have everything you need to perform first-aid procedures.

Pocket First Aid & CPR is not one of those apps that give you dry text instructions without any demonstrations. You get tons of illustrations with this app. You also get videos that show you how to handle first aid situations. The videos are stored on your iPhone, so even if you don’t have access to the Internet, you can still review the videos. The app can also act as a profile manager, so you can store your loved ones’ information on your phone just in case you need them.

Pocket First Aid & CPR is not cute, and it may not be fun for a lot of iPhone owners. But it can save life and help you perform first-aid procedures on the go. When you are put in a nasty situation on the road, you are going to thank yourself for having such an app handy.
