Index Card for iPhone

By  |

Index cards have many uses. People take advantage of them to do presentations, prepare for exams, keep track of their ideas, and take notes on the go. While people still use physical index cards for those tasks, you could always rely on Index Card for iPhone to handle the job. It is a simple iPhone app that makes taking notes and capturing ideas on your smartphone a piece of cake.

Index Card should be familiar to those of you who have been using this app on your iPad. It lets you keep your cards organized and manage multiple projects. Each card has a title, synopsis, and label color that can be changed. The order of your cards can be changed easily (the app will reorder your cards automatically). You can export your projects in RTF format.

Index Card is compatible with Dropbox. If you happen to own the iPad version of this app, you could use your projects without any issues on it. Have Scrivener installed on your Mac? You will be happy to know that Index Card projects can be synced with that.

If you find yourself dealing with index cards all the time, you are going to love playing with this app. It makes managing your cards and projects on your iOS device a piece of cake. The syncing processes need to be a bit more reliable. But the app has a lot going for it.
