Readtime has a simple user interface. It syncs with Readability and Pocket, so you can keep up with your favorite articles. Just set duration, and Readtime will queue up articles for you to keep you focused. Readtime remembers your article position in case you are interrupted. It also lets you add items to your favorites. The app is Facebook and Twitter friendly also.

Readtime stores your articles offline which is a plus. It has gesture-based controls and a dictionary. This could prove useful for those who have trouble keeping up with their reading list.
