CinePro gives you manual control of ISO, focal length, aspect ratio, and frame rate. The user interface is simple enough that even newbies can get started fast. The real-time video filters are quite neat. The app is compatible with both front and rear cameras. You can capture your work and share it on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube directly.

CinePro for iPhone has a lot of potential. We like the controls and filters included. The user interface is pretty decent too. But you are going to have to pay a bit to get all the cool features CinePro has to offer.
