Journalized has a clean user interface. The app offers Camera+ integration. You can add multimedia content to your entries and write your diary in portrait or landscape mode. Entries can be filtered or you can just show your bookmarks. The calendar feature lets you skip to your most memorable days easily.

Journalized is free at the time of this writing. A nice app to use to maintain a personal journal on your iOS device.
