Mint.com for iPhone

Mint.com is one of the best money management solutions out there. Now, you can get it right on your iPhone. Mint.com is a free iPhone application that allows you to track, budget and manage your money using the services of the online arm of Mint. Mint Sync allows you to sync your mobile app with your online account @ Mint.

Mint.com is very simple to use. You can see the balances of your banking, investment, and loan accounts. You also can figure out if your monthly income overs your monthly expenses. What I like the most about this application is the ability to see and track investment accounts such as 401(k), brokerage, and IRA. Of course, if you have played with Mint Online service before, you are probably familiar with all the features, including budget management, expense tracking, and cash flow management.

Verdict: 4/5. Mint.com is a great application that allows you to manage your money in these tough times. The problem: I still don’t feel comfortable sharing my financial information with Mint, and especially on the iPhone. Mint.com assures us that the security is there, but no security system is foolproof.  Nevertheless, if you have come to trust Mint Online service, you should definitely try this application.
