In a perfect world, we all would be ready to get off the bed and do some workout every morning. Unfortunately, some of us love our beds way too much. Just because you are in bed, it does not mean you can’t get the most out of your time. Yoga In Bed is one of the apps that can help you do some yoga early in the morning without getting out of your bed (not that there is anything wrong with getting off the bed early).

Yoga In Bed has 10 videos and plenty of photographs to show you how to do certain poses when you are in your bed. You won’t need any special gear to do some of these. Whether you want to do some breath exercises or some stretching while in bed, Yoga In Bed has you covered.

If you are new to Yoga, you want to take your time to get your poses right. Yoga In Bed does provide you with enough illustrations and tips to get you started. It has something for everyone. You’ll eventually have to get off the bed to do some advanced poses though.
