Most Baby Names

By  |

Whether you are a proud parent to a few children with more on the way or are thinking about starting a family, you know how difficult choosing a name for your baby can be. Many first time parents choose a simple name (John or Jane) for their first kid. There is nothing wrong with that. The trouble arises when you want to name your baby something that is not that common. That’s what baby names books are for. They have a ton of names that you can go through to pick the best name possible for your child. Most Baby Names is a comprehensive database of baby names for iPhone that should give you more name ideas for your child.

Most Baby Names has over 100K baby names that parents can go through and research to come up with a list of candidates. Name searches can be done based by boy and girl baby names. What I like about Most Baby Names is the fact that it provides definition, origin, and alternative spellings of names. Going through celebrity and building names could give parents more ideas too.

Most Baby Names may have a ton of names, but you won’t have to spend months to get through them. Not when you can browse through names by type and their letters. The “Surprise Me” function can get you out of a bind if you can’t decide on a name.

Some of the names included in this app are quite strange (that is to be expected when dealing with 100K names). The app did crash on us a couple of times, but it does not seem to be that big of a problem at this point. If you are too hung up on picking the absolute best name for your child, Most Baby Names has more than enough names to get you started.
