Sylfeed for iPhone: RSS Reader

RSS has had better days. With Google Reader gone, many of us have struggled to find an alternative. There are plenty of quality RSS readers available for iPhone. Sylfeed happens to be a decent application for those of you who still use Feedly. It has user-friendly gesture controls and offers offline support. You can track multiple accounts with this client.

Sylfeed is optimized for iOS 7. It syncs with iCloud but also supports Feedly Cloud. The app supports tagging and offline reading. Marking articles as read or unread is pretty easy. Top services such as Twitter, Facebook, Buffer, Evernote, Instapaper, and Pocket are supported. The free app works fine but you can add preloading, in-app browser extension, and other features for a low fee.

Sylfeed looks good and did well in our tests. The app is not universal, so you will have to pay for the iPad version separately. If you are looking for a polished RSS reader, this is it.
