Tai Chi Fundamentals is a free iPhone application designed for beginners. It offers easy-to-follow instructions and illustration for each move so you won’t have too difficult of a time to keep up. The audio instructions for each move are pretty nice too. The app does have an autoplay mode which comes handy when you have gotten yourself familiar with the moves you will be doing.
Tai Chi Fundamentals focuses on improving your balance and movement. It also helps you master the right form. We found the user interface to be quite user-friendly. The music is nice too. Tai Chi does require practitioners to have some patience. But the idea behind this app and the execution are solid.
