It comes with an easy to use interface that lets you choose from 330 various males and female items, so you can spend plenty of time getting exactly what you want from your sketched image. The characters have a hand-drawn feel to them, which make them quite unique and fun.

I found the interface to be pretty easy to use and the variety of elements available to be more than enough.  The upload to Facebook/Twitter capability is a big plus as well. So is the ability to edit saved images.
