Here is another app that helps you find the best conditions for some stargazing. Xasteria brings weather forecast to your iOS device using 7Timer. It provides you with sun/moon rise/set times, moon phases, cloud cover, temperature, humidity, wind, and other important information. It has 3 visualization modes to make your life easier.

The app uses data with a resolution of 30km at 3-hour intervals. It takes the guesswork out of the process, so you can choose the best day to watch the sky.
