Free Memory For iPhone

If you have used a Windows machine recently, you probably know the issues that surface after using the machine for a while. Your OS gets slowed down, you start running out of memory, and there will be a few processes that make it to your run-time without you realizing it. This problem is not exclusive to PCs. To a lesser extent, you can experience the same issue with your iPhone. That’s why I like Free Memory.

Free Memory allows you to figure out what processes are active on your iPhone. In addition, if you are running low on memory, you can free it up by pushing a button. I do like the battery gauge too! I’d like to think of Free memory as a garbage collector (if you are familiar with Java Programming, you have probably seen JC in action). You can make rogue applications to behave or just close them down if they are slowing your iPhone.

Verdict: 4/5. Free Memory 1.x is a very useful utility for the iPhone. It is nothing too earth-shattering, but at the same time it can increase the performance of your device.
