White Noise is an innovative iPhone application that helps bring better sleeping nights to you, whether you are on the go or just restless at home. I don’t know about you, but I travel a lot. When you go through what I go through, it’s really difficult to get a good night of sleep. You are constantly in different time zones. You have lots of stuff on your mind. And you feel like going even when your body is exhausted. Now, I wish I could go on for 24 hours without having to sleep. I wish every day had 30 hours! But that’s not going to happen. That’s why you should consider using White Noise to get proper rest to be ready to conquer the world.

I found the applications very easy to use. The controls are easy to work with. The sounds are very clear, and this application actually works! It has put me to sleep like nothing else. Here are the sounds that you get with White Noise:

Verdict: A-. There are many who are skeptical about the field of sound therapy. I can’t tell you that this application will work for you. It has for me, and a few of my colleagues. But it would hurt to try if you are too stressed or have insomnia.
