You can always get the best lenses or eye-glasses, but working your eye muscles out is also another great way to keep your eyes strong for a longer period of time. iEye is an innovative eye care solution that makes it so easy to reduce the stress on your eyes, stimulating the nerves, and keep your eyes stronger. It helps you exercise your eye muscles and keep track of your progress easily on your iPhone.

iEye comes with all kinds of exercises to target various eye muscles. You get a set of exercises for extra-ocular muscles as well as ciliary muscles. So you can relax your eyes and keep your eyes sharp by executing these exercises. I also liked the eye massage feature as it’s another great way to reduce stress on your eyes.

Another impressive feature with iEye is the comprehensive logs that you can take to keep track of your eyes’ progress. You can also keep on the top of your exercises and keep working on your eyes to keep them strong. iEye may not be a medical app, but it does get the job done as far as relaxing eye muscles and helping you keep your eyes healthy for a longer period of time. You should still visit your eye doctor from time to time, but it’s good to have the option to exercise your eye muscles at home 0r in office. A cool little app that is a must have for folks who spend a lot of time reading or doing work in front of computers.
