Starting Strength App for iPhone
Starting Strength is a wonderful method that helps beginners increase their total body strength. You get to do the squat, press, and other barbell exercises to tone your body. Starting Strength for iPhone comes with easy to follow instructions to get you started. It gives you access to videos and photo instructions from multiple angles.
The app comes with warmup, workset calculator and logging tools. You will be able to add notes for each workout and sync the data to iCloud. Once done, you can download training log data as a CSV file. Data can also be shared with Apple Health. Just bring a device running iOS 8.0 or later to get started.
