They are perfect for folks who don’t have a lot of time to workout each day but still want to kill a lot of calories. The 7-Minute Workout app by the folks at lolo happens to one of the best high intensity training apps we have tested. It has a ton of unique exercises you can try whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.

The 7-Minute Workout app gives you a full body workout in just 7 minutes. Make sure you complete your profile, so you are provided with the right workout program. The app does have workout programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users. What’s neat is you don’t need to have any special piece of equipment to get going.
