Nutritional facts such as calories, fat, cholesterol, and carbs for each food entry are provided.

Calorie One saves you time searching through foods and exercises. It lets you set your diet plan and goal weight. It graphs your progress too. You get recommended upper limits for fat, Cholesterol, and Sodium. What’s nice is you can export data via e-mail to Excel. The app does not need an internet connection to work.

Calorie One looks pretty decent and works pretty well as a food and exercise tracker. This could prove pretty useful for those of you who don’t want to track workouts and foods with separate apps.
