It is a simple photo editor anyone can use easily.

DeluxeFX has a simple user interface so you can start with it quickly. You can use this to apply stars, grunge, rays, and other effects to your photos. Users have the option to change the light and vibrance of their photos. You get 19 filters, overlays, and frames to enhance your pictures with. Best of all, there are not too many bells and whistles to make things complicated.

DeluxeFX may not be the most sophisticated photo editor for iPhone. But it has enough options to help you enhance your photos. The app is available for $0.99 in the App Store at this point.
