Sleep Analytics allows you t0 understand how well you are sleeping each night. In order to use this, you should feed the app with the time you go to sleep and when you wake up. It takes a couple of taps to do this (unlike sophisticated sleep trackers that do this automatically). Sleep Analytics does have an alarm feature that is easy to set up.
Sleep Analytics graphs your data, giving you an idea how many hours you have slept during a certain number of days. The app does make sleep recommendations as well.
Sleep Analytics is not as sophisticated as app-enhanced sleep trainers. It can’t keep track of what goes on during the night (the number of times you turn or leave your bed). Still, it can do a decent job recording the number of hours you sleep each night. It has some potential.
