Strong Runner for iPhone

Strong Runner is a useful application that provides you with warm up and other exercises to get you prepared.
Strong Runner is a freemium application. To get the most out of it you will have to buy premium in-app packs. It provides you with warm up, core exercises, and lower body / stretching moves. It shows you the most common injuries runners have to deal with so you can prepare accordingly. Training plans are included also.
Strong Runner does have some free content but most of its modules are paid. It is still a pretty decent for runners who want to take their game to the next level and stay injury free.
