Twitter has become one of the best websites around to share information on and network with others in your market. It’s amazing how Twitter has more iPhone apps that some categories do as a whole. Tweeting is no longer about posting a couple of tweets here and there without interacting with your followers and friends. That means you are going to need an app that makes sharing information (tweets, images, …) easy on the go. TwitBird Premium is one of those apps.
TwitBird is a very fast, attractive Twitter application that provides with a lot of features to tweet more effectively on the go. The interface is very simple and don’t make you jump through the hoops to tweet. The app lets you tweet video, music, and even your voice easily. You can also reply, retweet, and favorite tweets with a touch of a button.
The app allows you to manage your messages and mentions easily. The interface is very straight forwards, and the fact that the app tells you how many unread messages you have gives you a better indication of how much catching up you will have to do.
What I like about the app is the fact that it doesn’t make things more complicated. It also supports Twitlonger, Twitpic, and other third party systems. It also comes with add-ons that you can buy through iTunes (currently you can buy Global Push for $0.99). All in all, a solid Twitter client all around.
