Distant Shore is a cool iPhone application that allows you to write a message in a bottle and cast it into the sea for others to find. You can walk around the virtual beach and find messages in bottles launched by people from around the globe.
Distant Shore is a very interesting way of communicating with people who you don’t know. And who knows! You may actually find a message from someone that you do now.
I have seen many apps in the past few months, and I am not easily impressed by new iPhone applications. But the idea behind Distant Shore is so fun that makes it an instant hit. Who knew communicating with strangers could be so much fun.
